The practice provides a range of specialised services related to the development process. Services include the provision of town planning advice, preparation of application documentation and client representation. KD Town Planning also specialises in providing expert evidence for appeals to the Land and Environment Court.

 

The staff at KD Town Planning has extensive experience in a wide range of developments including; commercial/retail developments, boarding houses, seniors living developments, infrastructure projects, industrial developments, large and small-scale residential developments, and subdivisions.

 

Kyeema Doyle holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science with a Masters in Town Planning from the University of Sydney. 

 

Kyeema established KD Town Planning in 2011 and since that time has been involved in providing town planning advice, preparing planning proposal (rezoning) applications, preparing statements of environmental effects, managing the preparation and lodgement of development applications and preparing submissions. Kyeema has extensive local government experience in both strategic and statutory planning having worked previously for the City of Sydney Council.
